1. Overview

Our mission is to ensure your flowers arrive fresh, beautiful, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how deliveries are scheduled, processed, and confirmed.

By placing an order on fleurinelle.com, you agree to the terms below.


2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to major cities and regions within Morocco (and expanding internationally soon).
Coverage details and delivery fees are displayed at checkout based on the recipient’s address.


3. Delivery Options

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before the daily cutoff time displayed on the product page.

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after cutoff will be delivered the following day.

  • Scheduled Delivery: You can select a future delivery date (up to 30 days in advance).

Note: Time-specific deliveries (e.g., “before 12 PM”) are not guaranteed but we do our best to meet requests.


4. Delivery Conditions

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • The flowers are handed to the recipient or another person at the address (family, receptionist, security guard, etc.), or

  • Our courier confirms proof of delivery (GPS, timestamp, or photo).

If no one is available, the courier may:

  • Leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location, or

  • Leave them with a neighbor or reception staff, or

  • Attempt re-delivery (fees may apply).


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details. Orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses are not refundable. Re-delivery fees may apply.


6. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary by city or region and are displayed at checkout. During high-demand periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid, etc.), surcharges may apply.


7. Late Deliveries

While we strive to meet all requested delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or volume surges. Such delays do not entitle you to a refund or chargeback.


8. Delivery Confirmation

Each delivery includes proof of fulfillment:

  • GPS location + timestamp

  • Delivery photo (when available)

  • Recipient confirmation or courier signature

Once delivery is confirmed, the order is marked complete and is non-refundable.


9. International Deliveries

For cross-border orders, customs delays or local delivery partner issues may occur. TRYB International, LLC is not liable for delays caused by customs, import restrictions, or third-party couriers.
