Delivery Policy

Effective 2026-06-01. This Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

1. Coverage and timing

We deliver within the published Moroccan cities and their listed zones. Same-day delivery applies to orders placed before the city cut-off (17:00 Morocco time in most cities, 16:30 in Agadir). Delivery windows are estimates within the stated ranges and are not guaranteed to a specific minute.

2. Delivery fees

Delivery fees are set per zone and shown in full before payment.

3. Photo proof of delivery

Every delivery is completed with a timestamped photograph taken at the door. This photograph, together with the delivery timestamp, is the definitive record that delivery occurred and of the arrangement delivered, and is used as evidence in any dispute.

4. Recipient unavailable or address problems

If the recipient is not reachable or not at home, or the address is incomplete, our team reports it and contacts you promptly. Options typically include a free re-delivery the next day, delivery to an alternative address, or handling under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Flowers are kept appropriately in the meantime. Repeated failed attempts caused by inaccurate details are not our responsibility.

5. Payment authorisation and capture

Depending on the payment gateway, we may pre-authorise your card at checkout and capture payment when our team accepts or upon fulfilment. The amount captured never exceeds the total shown at checkout.

6. Force majeure

Delivery may be delayed or prevented by events beyond our reasonable control (see Terms & Conditions of Sale, Force Majeure).
