These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of fleurinelle.com and related services (the "Platform"), operated by TRYB International, LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, New Castle County, Delaware, United States. By using the Platform you accept these Terms of Use. If you also place an order, our Terms & Conditions of Sale additionally apply.

1. Licence to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — text, images, photographs, logos, the "Fleurinelle" name, design, code and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to Fleurinelle and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, frame, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Automated collection of content or data (scraping) other than by good-faith search or AI crawlers acting under our published robots.txt and llms.txt is prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access; (c) interfere with the operation or security of the Platform; (d) submit content in card messages that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or infringing; (e) misrepresent your identity; or (f) use the Platform to build a competing service.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Third-party links and services

The Platform may link to third-party sites and rely on third-party services (payments, mapping, messaging). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; our total liability relating to your use of the Platform (separate from any order) is limited to USD 100.

8. Indemnification

You will indemnify Fleurinelle against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms of Use or misuse of the Platform.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by Delaware law and subject to the binding individual arbitration and class-action waiver set out in our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
