Substitution policy

Fresh flower supply in Morocco varies by season, by market and by day. If a specific flower in your chosen arrangement is unavailable, our team substitutes a flower of equal or greater value, in the same colour family and the same style, and we notify you before delivery rather than after. We state this plainly because hiding it would be worse. In practice, substitutions affect fewer than one order in twelve, and the delivery photo always shows exactly what was delivered.
