Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-06-01. This Privacy Policy explains how TRYB International, LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, New Castle County, Delaware, United States ("Fleurinelle") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use fleurinelle.com. Fleurinelle is the data controller.

1. Data we collect

• Buyer data: name, email, phone, billing country, display currency, order history, and support messages.
• Recipient data: name, phone, delivery address and any delivery notes you provide.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe and/or TRYB Billing. We receive a payment reference and result; we never receive or store full card numbers.
• Technical & consent data: IP address, device and browser (user-agent), language, cookies, and — for each order — the date, time and version of the policies you accepted. This consent record is retained as transaction and fraud-prevention evidence.
• Delivery proof: the door-step photograph and delivery timestamp.

2. How we use data (and legal bases)

• To perform the contract: process orders, arrange delivery, provide support.
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, defending and evidencing payment disputes/chargebacks, improving the service.
• Consent: optional marketing and non-essential cookies.
• Legal obligation: tax, accounting and lawful requests.

3. Partner shops and your privacy

Partner Shops receive only the recipient's delivery details necessary to complete delivery. They never receive the buyer's name, email, phone or country. They are contractually bound to use recipient data solely for the delivery and to delete it afterwards.

4. Sharing

We share data only with: payment processors, delivery-facilitating Partner Shops (recipient details only), messaging/email providers, our newsletter provider Acumbamail (Acumbamail S.L., Spain — your e-mail address and first name only, and only if you asked for our news), analytics providers, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

Newsletter. At checkout you may ask us to send you flower ideas and offers. Your e-mail address is then added to our list at Acumbamail, hosted in the EU, on the basis of your consent. Every newsletter carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us at any time; if you leave the box unticked we record that refusal and never add you, including when we import past customers.

5. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States, Morocco and the EU. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Retention

Order and consent records, including chargeback evidence, are retained for up to seven (7) years for legal, tax and dispute-defence purposes. Delivery photographs are retained for two (2) years. Marketing data is kept until you opt out.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR where relevant), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise rights, email hello@fleurinelle.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Note that we may retain consent and transaction evidence necessary to defend legal claims even after a deletion request.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and encryption of sensitive fields (e.g. bank details). No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Changes and contact
